Shipping policy

Shipping within Canada
We offer standard and express shipping to our Canadian customers, with free standard shipping on orders over $75.

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Both options are available at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or holidays.

 

Shipping to the U.S.
We ship to the United States via standard or express international shipping. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on customs processing and your location.

Please note:

  • Due to cross-border regulations, all U.S. orders are final sale.

  • US order will be shipped using DDP. Customers will be able to see duties for their order at checkout once address is added.

  • If you need your order by a specific date, email info@meelahswim.com before placing your order, and we’ll help you select the fastest available shipping option.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We recommend using the tracking to monitor your package and ensure safe delivery.

While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, occasional courier delays or customs holds may occur. We appreciate your patience and will assist with any issues that arise during transit.

 

Incorrect or Lost Shipments
